Refund policy

At Aloura modesty, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and a great shopping experience. Please read our Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 




1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any purchases unless required by law. All sales are final. 


2. Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged Items

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Faulty,
  • Damaged, or
  • Incorrect upon arrival so please choose sizing correctly 
  • NO EXCHANGE  OR REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS

HOWEVER NO EXCHANGE ON BODY TOPS FOR HYGIENE REASONS. 

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the fault or damage.

If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or a store credit if the item is no longer available.

 

3. Size Exchanges

We allow size exchanges under these conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange.

 

Postage Costs for Size Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for postage costs for size exchanges.
  • This includes:
    • Shipping the item back to us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale / clearance items
  • Body tops/suits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, stains, perfume, pet hair, or signs of wear

 

5. How to Start an Exchange

Photos of Fault (if applicable): Required for faulty item claims


Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

 

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is proven faulty.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged.
