Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Return postage for size exchanges is the customer’s responsibility (shipping the item back + shipping the new item out).
  • Faulty item exchanges may be eligible for a prepaid label if approved.


 

Non-Exchangeable Items:

 

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or pet hair
